Refund and Return Policy

RETURNS:

We appreciate your business and want to ensure your satisfaction. Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have elapsed, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in the original packaging.

Kindly note, do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be granted under specific circumstances, such as:

  • Items with evident signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery, considered as non-returnable

Exchanges (if applicable):

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Should you need an exchange, kindly send us an email by clicking the Contact Us at the top of this page. We strive to answer all emails within a 24-hour timeframe.

Shipping:

To initiate a return, please email us for instructions. We will respond within 24 hours. Please note, you will be responsible for your shipping costs when returning an item. These costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it. Shipping times for exchanged products may vary based on your location.
