Refund and Return Policy

If more than 30 days have elapsed, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in the original packaging.

Kindly note, do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Should you need an exchange, kindly send us an email by clicking the Contact Us at the top of this page. We strive to answer all emails within a 24-hour timeframe.

These costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it. Shipping times for exchanged products may vary based on your location.
